TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of a delivery or a delivery order implies an acceptance of these terms and conditions. The full invoiced amount must be paid within 15 to 30 days of delivery according to terms. All deliveries are subject to a strict 30-day return term. Returns made or announced in writing within 15 days need not be paid. Any returns made, or announced in writing, after 15 days shall be either: 

  1. Reimbursed in cash in the amount equal to 90% of the invoiced value of the returned merchandise.
  2. Deducted from subsequent invoices
  3. Honored in merchandise of the same type and brand or a suitable substitute selected at Olympic’s discretion. 

No returns made after 30 days shall be subject to the return options listed above and can only be authorized by a manager, or principal of Olympic Auto Distributors on terms subject to the manager or principal’s discretion.Merchandise announced for return shall withheld by at customer’s expense and responsibility until the next delivery visit by Olympic Auto Distributors agents or returned at customer's expense through reasonable shipment means within 15 days after the announcement. Sales are final upon delivery and acceptance of the delivery order. Payment must be made to Olympic Auto Distributors within the terms of the invoice and after such date, the invoice shall be subject to a $5.00 biweekly penalty, or 10% of the value of the invoice, whichever is higher. Invoices that remain unpaid, including penalties, after 60 days shall be subject to an 8% interest fee. If an invoice, or group of invoices, remains unpaid after 180 days the matter shall be referred to an attorney to initiate collection proceedings. If a suit is filed for the collection of the monies owed under the terms of the invoice, the customer shall be liable for legal costs and fees in amount no less than $2,000 or 25% of the owed amount, whichever is higher. The customer acquiesces to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and to the competence of the San Juan Judicial Region for the filing of legal proceedings. All fees, penalties and interest established by these terms are only waivable by written authorization, signed, and dated, by a manager or principal of Olympic Auto Distributors.
